What are tags?
Tags allow you to add labels and/or flags to a task such as "Risk", "Blocker", "Priority", etc. so you can communicate important information in a quick and easy manner. The tag field is located near the Comments section of the task detail drawer.
Note, Tags that are added at the baseline-level will appear above the location-specific tags. Baseline-level tags cannot be removed at the location-level. In the example image above, 'Brand Standard' and 'Touchless Service' were tagged on the baseline template and 'Risk' was tagged by the specific location.
How can I track tagged tasks?
View on the Tasks page
You can see at a glance which tasks have been tagged by adding the Tag column to your Tasks page. This setting will be saved so the column will appear each time you login. (Click Columns in the toolbar, toggle on the Tags column and click Apply.)
Track tagged tasks on the Dashboard
View the performance of tasks per tag from the Dashboard. The Task Completion By section allows you to see a list of all the tags and how many tasks are assigned to each.
How do I add a new Tag to the dropdown options?
In order to maintain consistency, Tags can be added to the dropdown by your company's administrator. If you have a suggestion for a Tag, please create a support ticket and your administrator can create it on your behalf. (Click your name in the top right corner, select Support, fill in the ticket info with your Tag suggestion, and submit ticket.)
I am an Administrator, How Can Add Tags?
As an administrator you can create the tags that appear in the drop down selection. You also have the ability to add a tag to a Baseline Task and individuals are not able to remove that task unless you have access to the Baseline.
Adding Tags to Your Subscription
Navigate to Admin at the top of the screen and scroll down to the Task Config section and choose Task Tags. Here you can add a new tag by selecting the Add New Button in the upper right corner. Once you've named your tag you can select a custom background color and font color.
Adding Tags to Your Baseline Tasks
Select Admin at the top of your screen, then Task Templates | Baselines along the left hand menu. Choose a baseline and you can add tasks in bulk by selecting several checkboxes in the left most column, choosing Update Attributes in the upper right menu and making one or more selections from the drop down labeled "Add Task Tags"
Alternatively, you can open a singular baseline task, and select show more in the bottom left of the Baseline Task Drawer to reveal your Task Tag field and make a selection from the dropdown.
