We certainly don't want to spam you! Pacer will only send you emails if the requested notification is turned on in your notification settings. If you are not seeing the requested emails in your inbox, please follow these steps.
Double check your account settings
- Ensure the email notification(s) you want to receive are turned ON. Click here to navigate to the Notification Settings page in Pacer or click on your name in the top right corner of Pacer and select Update Notification Preferences.
- Ensure your email address is correct. (You'd be surprised how often people mistype their email!) Click on your name in the top right corner of Pacer and select Edit My Profile or click here.
Involve your IT colleague
Most companies, including Pacer, use applications to help prevent spam from being delivered to an individual's mailbox. This sometimes will prevent valid and wanted emails from being delivered. Ask your IT colleague to ensure our emails are being delivered to your mailbox.
- Please ensure that emails from @getpacer.com are being delivered
- Most emails are sent from hello@getpacer.com, learn@getpacer.com, or noreply@getpacer.com but to be safe, please whitelist the @getpacer.com domain.
- Pacer uses SendGrid as our email processing system with two dedicated IP addresses. If you need the specific IP addresses in order to whitelist the domain, please email support@getpacer.com.
