Goal
Workflows allow you to automate actions based on task activity, helping ensure consistency, enforce requirements, and reduce manual follow-up across all locations.
Plan availability: Workflows are available on the Sprint plan.
Overview
Workflows are configured at the Baseline level, meaning you only need to set them up once and they will automatically apply to all locations completing that task.

Available Triggers & Actions
The following triggers and actions are currently supported. This list reflects what is available today and will continue to expand over time.

Note: This article will be updated as new triggers and actions are introduced.
How To
- Navigate to the Baseline Task from the Project Control Hub (PCH) or Baseline Task List.
- Select the task you want to configure.
- Click Show More to expand additional settings.
- Locate the Workflows section.
- Select a trigger and configure the associated action(s).
- Save your changes to apply the workflow across all locations.
Tip: Configure workflows at the baseline level to ensure consistent automation and enforcement across every location.
