Goal
This article helps you reassign tasks in bulk to a specific user, regardless of their role. This is useful when someone is out of office or transitioning responsibilities, ensuring tasks don’t get missed.
Note: This feature is available on all plans (Jog, Run, and Sprint).
How To
- Log in to your Pacer account and navigate to the Tasks page.
- Select the location where you want to make changes.
- Use the checkboxes on the left-hand side to select one or more tasks you’d like to reassign.
- Click the Bulk Actions dropdown in the top left corner of the task table, then choose Change Responsible.
- In the drawer that opens, select the user you want to assign the selected tasks to.
Tip: Use the filters button in the top right corner to narrow down tasks by due date, department, or other criteria before making your selections.
Tip: Only users with a Pacer account and access to the selected location will appear in the list of assignable users.
