Our desire is to provide targeted and relevant information in your inbox. This article explains the concepts for task-related notifications. Note, you will only receive email notifications for locations that you have specified in your Notification Settings.
Daily Digest
The daily email is focused on tasks that are assigned to your name and something has recently changed in the past 24 hours. This includes: (1) tasks and milestones that should have been completed yesterday, (2) tasks and milestones that should be completed today, (3) tasks that were assigned to your name, and (4) tasks that have been edited.
(5) Since new tasks may still need to be assigned to your name, there is also a section for tasks that have been created within the past 24 hours. Only tasks that are due within the next 45 days are included.
Weekly Digest
The weekly email is focused on the big picture. It provides the number of tasks and milestones that are past due or due in the upcoming week. For each section, it provides (1) the quantity that is assigned to the overall location, (2) the quantity that is assigned to your favorite departments, and (3) the quantity that assigned to your name.
