How do I change or assign someone as Loyalty Connector?

This article is related to Land-It users only.

The Bonvoy Connector or Loyalty Connector is indicated as the Project Coach in Land-It. To assign an individual or update it from one person to another follow these steps:

1. Login to Land-It
2. Navigate to the Dashboard page
3. In the Projects list find the Loyalty project. 
4. Click the link for Assign Coach or Modify coach. A drawer will open along the right side of your screen. 
5. Select the applicable person from Project Coach dropdown. 

* Note the individual must be a user in Land-It with access to the property in order to be assigned as a Coach (aka Connector). If the individual is not listed in the dropdown, have them login to Land-It by going into MGS > select Business Applications > Land-It > and click the button for Launch Land-It.
