When removing a task from a baseline you have two options:
(a) remove the task from the baseline and any locations that have that task, or
(b) remove it from the baseline but keep it active at the locations that already have the task. This happens if you want to phase out a task -- existing locations will still need to complete the task but future locations will not receive the task.
To remove a Task from the Baseline Task List:
- Select Admin on the header bar
- Select Baselines on the left-hand menu
- Select the Baseline you’d like to edit
- Check the box of the task you’d like to remove in the first column
- The bottom menu bar will appear: toggle the “Active” switch to “off” (black)
- If you wish to still have the task appear on the Location’s Tasks page, ensure that “Visible in Location Task List” is toggled to “on” (green)
- Select Apply Changes button on the bottom menu bar
- You will receive either:
- A success message that your task was inactivated
- An error message if your task is linked to other tasks as a contingent task (may not apply to your subscription)
- A successfully inactivated task will no longer appear on the Baseline Task List. This task can still be viewed and reactivated by updating the Active column filter to “No” on the Baseline Task List
