Goal
This article will show you how you can add steps to an existing task. If you're a team leader and find that you want to add more direction to tasks that your team is responsible for completing, you have the option to add these steps to a task. Steps don't have to be marked as "complete" for a task to be marked as complete. They are more like guidelines to guide the individual on how to best complete the task.
How Create a New Step
- Select the Task to open the Task Details drawer.
- Select the “Add a Step” link in the bottom right corner and type your Step in the box
- Select the save button bottom of the slide out.
When editing a step, you can reorder them by dragging the step up/down. Be sure to save your changes.
Steps are limited to 200 Characters
