Goal
This article shows you how to manage your custom task views on the Overview page—specifically how to delete, reorder, or edit them. You’ll also learn how the top‑positioned managed view becomes the default when logging in or navigating to the company overview.
Manage Custom Task Views
On the Overview page, to the left of the Filters button is a drop‑down menu where you can:
- Access already created views
- Save a new view
- Manage (edit, reorder, delete) existing views
Default View on Login / Company Overview
When you reorder your managed views, whichever view is placed at the top of the list becomes the default view that loads automatically when you log in or navigate to the company overview page. So positioning your most‑used or preferred view first ensures it’s front and center.
How to Manage Custom Task Views
- Navigate to the Overview page.
- Click the drop‑down menu immediately to the left of the Filters button.
- At the bottom of this menu, click “Manage Custom Views.”
- A management page will open where you can reorder or delete views.
To edit a view:
- Return to the Overview page and select the view you want to edit.
- Open the Filters drawer and adjust filters as needed.
- Once complete, open the view drop‑down and choose “Save Current View.”
- If you’re replacing an older view, you can then remove it from the Manage page.
Note: Deleting a view only removes the saved configuration—it does not delete tasks or change underlying data.
