Goal
Pacer provides the individuals the ability to provide Feedback on tasks. This is helpful for Project Implementation Managers to crowdsource feedback about tasks and have the ability to ensure that all tasks are as up to date as possible to provide accurate and efficient project deployments.
How to Provide Feedback
Clicking on a task at the location level (Tasks > Select a task > Task Details Drawer) will open the task details drawer. Here, under the task name you'll see the button for feedback (image below). Clicking here will open a prompt for the individual to make one of the pre-populated selections and the option to write additional information.
How to Receive Feedback
What to do with Feedback?
All feedback submissions will appear within the Support Tickets section. An individual the the role Admin, Moderator, or Owner will have access to view and reply to Support Tickets and Feedback. Feedback comes in ticket form and the body of the ticket will have a link directing the individual to the Baseline Task where it applies. It's possible to make any updates or changes directly on that baseline task so that these updates/changes will apply to everyone who has that task at their location/team.
Unlike support tickets, feedback is designed to be received by an individual and not used as a way to communicate back and forth between feedback submitter and feedback receiver. It's not mandatory to click the link in the feedback ticket and take any action, it's there if you want it. Feedback, just like a support ticket, should be marked as solved once reviewed.
