Goal
Pacer allows users to provide feedback on tasks. This helps Project Implementation Managers gather suggestions and ensure all tasks remain accurate and up-to-date for efficient project deployment.
How to Provide Feedback
Clicking on a task at the location level (Tasks > Select a task > Task Details Drawer) will open the task details drawer. Below the task name, you'll see a Feedback button. Clicking it will open a prompt where users can choose from pre-filled options and add additional comments.
How to Receive and Act on Feedback
Feedback submissions appear in the Support Tickets section. Users with the roles of Admin, Moderator, or Owner can view and manage these tickets.
To view task feedback:
- Go to Settings > Admin.
- Select Support Tickets.
- Locate tickets labeled "Task Feedback".
- Click on a ticket to view the feedback and any additional notes.
- Use the provided link in the ticket to open the related baseline task. This direct link opens the task so you can review and act on the suggested changes.
You’re not required to take action on every piece of feedback. However, if the suggestion is valid, you can update the baseline task directly—those changes will automatically apply to all live versions of the task across teams or locations.
After reviewing the feedback, mark the ticket as Solved to close it out. Feedback is not intended for two-way conversation—use the Support Tickets feature for ongoing dialogue if needed.
