Goal
Within the last step of the Project Wizard, or managing Location Actions on the Project Manager Dashboard you have the ability to Change who is the Project Owner. This information is available to all individuals but only Moderators/Admins/Owners who have access to this Project can make this edit.

How it Works
When you select this button in the row of the Location or Team where you want to change the Project Owner, a drawer will open with a drop-down menu. This menu lists all the individuals designated as Project Implementation Managers under Admin > Task Config > Project Implementation Manager. Owners and Admins create this list, and those listed don’t need to have access to Pacer. This setup allows someone to be the Project Owner while an Administrator manages the process within Pacer.
