How to View Project History

Goal

An individual logging into Pacer, has the ability to view history of Projects at a specific Location as long as they have access to that Location.

How to View Project History

• Navigate to the Dashboard tab at the top of the page
• Select the location you'd like to find Project History for
• In the first section titled Projects, you'll see a hyper link underneath the last Project labeled "Export Historical Projects"
• When you click this, it will download an excel file with the following Project details
  • Project Name
  • Project Coach
  • Project Created Date
  • Certified by (if applicable)
  • Certified Date (if applicable)
  • Number of Milestones
  • Number of Milestones completed
  • Number of Tasks
  • Number of Tasks completed
  • Number of Tasks not applicable
  • Project Implementation Manager
  • Zero Date
  • Baseline Name(s)
  • Hold/Inactive/Closed
  • Waiver Request DAte (if applicable)
  • Waiver Requested by (if applicable)
  • Waiver Status (if applicable)
