How do I inactivate/retire a Project?

Goal

Hide a completed project from the Company Overview, Dashboard, Tasks page, and reports across all locations without deleting any data.

Plan availability: Included in Jog, Run, and Sprint plans.

How To

1. Hover your mouse on Projects at the top navigation bar and choose View All Projects from the drop-down menu.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Multi-team Projects.
3. Scroll through the list to find the project you want to inactivate.
4. Click the three dots (...) on the right side of the project row.
5. Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
6. In the drawer that opens, toggle off the Active slider.
7. When the slider is no longer green, click Save.

Tip: You can reactivate the project later if needed. All task statuses will remain as they were when the project was inactivated.
