The Dashboard displays after login.
Ⓐ Click the User icon to access your profile, email notification settings, get help, and sign out.
Ⓑ If you have access to more than one location, click here to change locations.
① View the task list
The Tasks page lists displays all tasks for the location. Completed tasks are hidden on default.
The sub-menu Ⓐ provides you a quick way to see tasks assigned to your name or to your favorite departments.
② Find your tasks using Filters and Search
Ⓐ Search: Locate a specific task by typing part of the task name at the top of the column; type Enter to activate the search.
Ⓑ Filter by column: Narrow the list by selecting filters at the top of a column. Tip: click Show Filters to filter by multiple items.
Ⓒ Bulk Update: Use Bulk Update to change the status of multiple tasks. or assign tasks to you or someone else.
Ⓓ Hide/Show Columns: Depending on the size of your monitor, you may wish to add or remove columns from your view. The columns you select are saved for each time you login.

③ Assign Tasks to Yourself or a Colleague
Click on a task to view the full task detail. You can change the task’s status, assign it to yourself, or assign it to a colleague.
Comments and Resources:
Ⓑ Attach files related to the task. You can mark a file as the approved version or delete a file if it is out-of-date. You can also add links to a file that is saved on a shared drive like Sharepoint or Dropbox.
④ Complete Task and Update the Status
When you have finished the task, change the status to Complete.
To save you time, you can also update the status directly in the task list by clicking on the current status Ⓐ.
To update multiple tasks in bulk click Bulk Update Ⓑ.
⑤ When Appropriate, Login Again and Repeat
Repeat steps 1-4 as you work on the remaining tasks.
You can be reminded of upcoming tasks via email notifications. Manage which notifications you would like to receive, and when, from the option in the User Menu (top right corner).
⑥ Monitor Your Team Using the Dashboard
The Dashboard is divided into six sections, giving you insight on how your team is progressing.
① Summary displays four graphs: The progression of tasks due in the current week, all tasks, the tasks in the departments you follow, and last, the progression of tasks assigned to your name. Each slice of the graph is clickable and represents the number of tasks that are: Complete (green), In Progress (yellow), Past Target Date (red), Not Applicable (light green), and Not Due (gray).
② Milestones provides a graph and listing of the milestones associated with the location. Click on a Milestone to view its details.
③ Task Completion By... lists each discipline and how each is progressing with their tasks. You can also change the view to compare by Department, Phase, or Responsible.
④ Goals (optional, not shown) allows you to communicate how your property is progressing on a set of goals.
⑤ Location Details displays the attributes of the location including the Opening Date; these are often used for reporting. There is also a field to enter the General Manager’s name and email.
⑥ Files displays all files that have been uploaded to tasks at the location organized by Department.

- Use the Bulk Update feature to update the status of multiple tasks.
- Use Bulk Update to reassign tasks to your actual name (rather than generic job title) or to delegate to others.
