Face Id + Touch Id

General

You can use your mobile device's Face Id or Touch Id feature to login faster. To activate, enter your password and select the 'Enroll in FaceID / TouchID' option on the password entry page. Your mobile device will ask you to confirm the selection.

Exceptions

If you company is using (SSO) Single Sign On then Face Id and Touch Id are not available. But the login page can remember your username so you don't have to enter the username each time. When you login, you'll be redirected to your company's SSO login page to enter your password. 

 

Troubleshooting

I do not see the checkbox for Enroll 

1. Close the Pacer / 4myRollout app 
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll down on the Settings page to the list of installed apps and select Pacer / 4myRollout
4. Toggle ON the option for Face ID or Touch ID
5. Open the Pacer / 4myRollout app, enter and submit your username
6. On the password entry page, you should now see the checkbox for 'Enroll with Face/Touch ID

I want to turn off Face ID / Touch ID

1. Close the Pacer / 4myRollout app 
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll down on the Settings page to the list of installed apps and select Pacer / 4myRollout
4. Toggle OFF the option for Face ID or Touch ID
5. Open the Pacer / 4myRollout app.

You will now be required to enter your username and password moving forward. If you want to re-enable FaceID, you'll need to return to the Settings page as noted in steps 3 and 4.
