Goal
This article will walk you through how to edit a singular baseline task, or edit multiple baseline tasks at once with the "Bulk Update Attribbutes" feature.
Editing a single baseline task
1. Navigate to Admin and select Baselines.
2. If you know the baseline where the task is stored, click the Baseline's name
or
Select the Task Search link in the top right corner of the baseline listing.
3. Locate and select the baseline task that needs to be changed.
4. Make the appropriate changes and click Save.
Editing multiple baseline tasks
You can change the department, suggested job title, community, add baseline tags, and/or phase of multiple baseline tasks in bulk.
1. Navigate to Admin and select Baselines.
2. Select the Baseline's name where the tasks are stored.
3. Check all of the tasks that need to be updated using the checkbox along the left edge of the baseline tasks listing.
4. Select the 'Update Attributes' option on the toolbar.
5. A drawer will appear with options to select a new department, suggested job title, community, and/or phase.
6. Select the toggle to choose if you wish to update location tasks with new selection.
Turn OFF if you want to only update the baseline with the new selection. Any locations with this task will not change.
Turn ON if you want to update the baseline and any location with this task with the new selection.
7. Select the Update button.
